                Delegates Eldridge and Boggs move to amend the bill on page 38, section 3, line 74, following the words “’licensed racetrack,’ ‘racetrack’” by inserting a comma and the words “racing association,”;

                And,

                On page 65, section 3, line 66, following the words “includes a” by inserting the words “racing association or”.
